Extra Virgin Sesame Oil
Sesame oil is obtained by pressing the seeds then filtering the liquid to remove undesirable particles. This oil is not refined in order to preserve the nutritional constituents of sesame seeds. This oil has a long shelf life due to the high presence of natural antioxidants, sesame lignans. It preserves well the pleasant aroma and flavor of sesame seeds.
- The unique sesame seed nutrients are present in this oil. It contains primarily polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat.
